We teach from inside the process.

There is an enormous difference between hearing how someone succeeded and learning to make the decisions that made success possible. One is a story. The other is a skill. The Studio was built to help you develop the skills.

Our origin

We started in classrooms.

In 2014, Gary Conroy saw the same problem from both sides. Schools were preparing a generation for an economy that no longer existed. And the one discipline built entirely around uncertainty, risk, and figuring things out, entrepreneurship, was sitting off to the side as an elective.

So he built the alternative. Over the next decade that idea became a model, then a curriculum, then technology running inside schools and organizations.

StudioOS is that same system, opened up. Everything an institution had to purchase, you can now walk into on your own.

You should not need permission, an institution, or a platform before your work counts. That is why The Studio exists.

What we believe

Nobody teaches the middle.

Success stories compress years of uncertainty into a short list of steps that looks obvious in hindsight. Then you start, and none of it looks like the list.

Your first idea is not strong enough.

Why I built this.

I have watched a lot of capable people wait to be hired or picked, or to feel ready, credentialed, or permitted. Almost none of them were short on ability. They were short on evidence that nobody showed them how to build.
